Hi! I’m Erica, a people-first product designer who wants to make a positive impact.

I have a graphic design background, working on projects ranging from environmental graphics to marketing collateral to digital. An added bonus is the few years I spent working as a flight attendant. It honed my people skills and taught me to keep others’ perspectives in the forefront when in a difficult confrontation. It also brought into light that design at large is also a people business.

This realization is what brought me into user experience industry. In this industry, I see opportunities to make a positive impact, a space where I’m able to combine my visual design skills, people skills and desire to problem solve.

In my free time, you can find me training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, hiking, or with my nose in a good book.
